When trying to make a change from eating processed food to eating healthy, the Advocare 24 day Challenge is what helped me lose weight and get healthy. Before AdvoCare and the 24 day Challenge, I was overweight, even though I exercised. I had a huge muffin top and I was a size 12/14. I thought I was doing everything right because I was following the conventional wisdom of of a “healthy diet” as proposed by the federal government’s “healthy plate” pyramid. I read up on the 24 day challenge that my trainer had suggested and it made sense. Cut out all the CRAP! C- Carbonated Drinks, R- refined sugar, A- artificial sweeteners and colors, P- processed foods. Then eat more of FOOD! F- fruits and vegetable, O- organic lean proteins, O- omega 3 fatty acids, D- drink water.
I decided to try it and now it is my lifestyle. I went from a size 12 to a size 4. I also added on a ton of lean muscle, got rid of a lot of fat and have never felt healthier and more energized. I am 52 years old and the healthiest and strongest I have ever been.
