Paleo Mango Coconut Almond Bars with Complete Protein – Cotter Crunch

I made these today.
I switched up some of the ingredients. I used dates instead of mangoes, since my husband is allergic to mangos. I did not use the egg white powder, I used vanilla whey protein powder(I had that on hand) and added chia seeds. Skipped the honey since
dates have plenty of natural sugar. Super easy to make and they taste really good. Better than any store bought protein bar.
